/// Hello world!

I'm back from a wonderful weekend - ready with some new MLP blog posts...

Today, I decided to give my beautiful Lullabye Nursery a bit of "spring cleaning". Those little newborn twins and baby ponies sure know how to make a mess :)

A bit of info:

The Lullabye Nursery was first released internationally in 1984 with sweet little baby pony Tiddley-Winks. I have the set with blue/pink accessories. Plus, I still have the original Puffy Sticker with Tiddley-Winks in MINT condition!

My little daughter absolutely adores the story of Tiddley-Winks and the Lullabye Nursery, hence I want to post it here as well:

"Every morning at one minute before sunrise, the clouds magically separate to greet the ponies arriving at the Lullabye Nursery. Inside this enchanting house, delightful surprises await them.

Tiddley-Winks the Baby Pony, lives in the Lullabye Nursery and prepares an afternoon tea party for all the ponies. After tea and crumpets, they play their favourite games.

One day while riding the lullabye swing high into the air, Tiddley-Winks wished she could swing high enough to touch the rainbow. "Hop on me, Tiddley-Winks, and I'll carry you to the rainbow," called a big, white, fluffy cloud as it floated down to the swing. Tiddley-Winks jumped on the cloud and rode it like a magic carpet all around ponyland.

"Look! There's the rainbow," she said with a spark of excitement. As she spoke, the rainbow dipped down and tied a pretty lace bib around her neck.

That night, when the ponies gathered to tell bedtime stories in the nursery, Tiddley-Winks told everyone of her adventure with the rainbow."

(Note: The story is re-posted exactly as it appears on instructions for the Lullabye Nursery *see last photo)

/// Hello world!

As I was searching online for some relevant info regarding restoration of old MLP playsets and ponies, I came across this very informative page called "The My Little Pony Preservation Project". This space has all of the information I need from A-Z - and in just ONE place! Have a look for yourself @ http://www.mlppreservationproject.com/restoration.html

Another thought of mine:

For some time now, I've wanted to give "new life" to my vintage MLP Grooming/Pretty Parlour as the stickers inside could use some freshness. I'm sure you know how these images fade with time no matter how you try to prevent it. But where to find new stickers? I'm pretty sure there are non existing MLP playsets out there without stickers ;D

When searching for other info, and by coincidence, I found THE page... Someone has actually done an amazing job to donate sticker sets for all of us to print! On this page you can find stickers for various playsets. Some of them are European versions. Simply just print these stickers on sticker paper (available at most craft stores) and cut them out to use as replacements when stickers are missing / have faded with time / or if they're beyond repair. The only downside is that you'll need to do some re-sizing and photo shopping to get them just right.

On the look-out for new stickers? Visit the official "MLP Playset Sticker Palace" @

PS: If you have scans of stickers/stikcer sets that you would like to donate, please don't hesitate to email me!

/// Hello world!

We all have a special little pony and today I want to share my special one with you:

Her name is Rose and she is my birth month pony (June). This has been my special pony for 24 years now. She was given to me on my 6th birthday and she's been with me ever since. More special is that we also share the same name: Rose.

A bit of info:

Rose is one of three monochromatic Birthflower Ponies or as we call them in Denmark "Fødselsdags Pony" meaning "Birthday Pony". She is part of the Alternate/International set of ponies that were only available in Australia, New Zealand, Sweden and Denmark (my country).

Rose is pink with pink hair and looks like a darker version of Cotten Candy. Her symbol is a dark pink rose with a green stem. Her eyes are blue. She is one of the hardest to find Birthflower Ponies and is on many want lists - and it's not hard to see why!

Which is your special pony?

/// Hello world!

Something very vintage arrived today...

The very beautiful Megan and her special pony Sundance in MINT condition. This is the 1st of 3 incarnations of the set, which was released in 1984. I was very lucky to find it on Etsy from one of my favourite sellers that goes by the name Jayna Olsen. I've attached the link to her shop here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/JaybirdsBrain?ref=l2-shopheader-name

This special surprise is for my daughter. She has pleaded me for Megan and Sundance ever since she first laid eyes on the MINT set I have from my childhood :)

I can't wait to surprise her with it later on today...!

/// Hello world!

I'm about to set up this wonderful MLP collection of mine, which calls for some creative design ideas...

I've previously designed this beautiful plate rack for my daughter's wooden-play-kitchen and I'm thinking to do the same for my adorable little ponies....

On the other hand, maybe I'll try the wooden house display look instead...

Which do you like best?

/// Repost from Valentine's Day...

/// Hi there and welcome!

I've been in love with My Little Pony since I was a little girl back in the 1980's. My entire collection was stored as I grew older but finally it has "re-surfaced" from storage as my little daughter turned 4 - and just like her mum, she's very much in love with the whole concept of Dream Valley. Such great memories to give on to your children for them to love and enjoy.

I've been collecting ponies from the first generation (1982-1992) and I still keep adding great items to my collection.

This blog has been created as a space to share my love for these cute little ponies with other MLP collectors and enthusiasts <3

Thanks for stopping by!
