/// Hello world!

We all have a special little pony and today I want to share my special one with you:

Her name is Rose and she is my birth month pony (June). This has been my special pony for 24 years now. She was given to me on my 6th birthday and she's been with me ever since. More special is that we also share the same name: Rose.

A bit of info:

Rose is one of three monochromatic Birthflower Ponies or as we call them in Denmark "Fødselsdags Pony" meaning "Birthday Pony". She is part of the Alternate/International set of ponies that were only available in Australia, New Zealand, Sweden and Denmark (my country).

Rose is pink with pink hair and looks like a darker version of Cotten Candy. Her symbol is a dark pink rose with a green stem. Her eyes are blue. She is one of the hardest to find Birthflower Ponies and is on many want lists - and it's not hard to see why!

Which is your special pony?

/// Hello world!

Something very vintage arrived today...

The very beautiful Megan and her special pony Sundance in MINT condition. This is the 1st of 3 incarnations of the set, which was released in 1984. I was very lucky to find it on Etsy from one of my favourite sellers that goes by the name Jayna Olsen. I've attached the link to her shop here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/JaybirdsBrain?ref=l2-shopheader-name

This special surprise is for my daughter. She has pleaded me for Megan and Sundance ever since she first laid eyes on the MINT set I have from my childhood :)

I can't wait to surprise her with it later on today...!

/// Hello world!

I'm about to set up this wonderful MLP collection of mine, which calls for some creative design ideas...

I've previously designed this beautiful plate rack for my daughter's wooden-play-kitchen and I'm thinking to do the same for my adorable little ponies....

On the other hand, maybe I'll try the wooden house display look instead...

Which do you like best?

/// Repost from Valentine's Day...

Rattles and Tattles picked out this beautiful rose from the flower garden to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day <3

/// Hi there and welcome!

I've been in love with My Little Pony since I was a little girl back in the 1980's. My entire collection was stored as I grew older but finally it has "re-surfaced" from storage as my little daughter turned 4 - and just like her mum, she's very much in love with the whole concept of Dream Valley. Such great memories to give on to your children for them to love and enjoy.

I've been collecting ponies from the first generation (1982-1992) and I still keep adding great items to my collection.

This blog has been created as a space to share my love for these cute little ponies with other MLP collectors and enthusiasts <3

Thanks for stopping by!
